A reinterpretation of Unwind by Neal Shusterman, this book cover visualizes the haunting premise of a dystopian society where unwanted teens are “unwound” for their body parts. I combined photography, illustration, and typographic structure to evoke both the psychological tension and moral complexity of the story. The eye and reaching hand imagery create a surreal focal point, symbolizing loss of control, identity, and the struggle to reclaim autonomy.
